About William Ferchland
Born and raised in Sonoma County, Will (Billy) Ferchland is a the third generation of his family practicing workers compensation law. After graduating from San Francisco University with a degree in Journalism, he worked as an award-winning reporter for the Tahoe Daily Tribune for six years covering crime, courts, education, and general assignment beats. He then attended San Francisco Law School where he earning the Witkin Award and serving on the student bar association. During law school Will clerked at the San Francisco Public Defenders Office. After law school he later worked at an insurance defense firm before rejoining the family business at Ferchland Law.
Will has successfully represented injured workers in many workers compensation and Social Security Disability trials with zeal, tenacity, knowledge, and compassion.
In his spare time Will enjoys traversing the outdoors, attending live music shows, cooking, reading, and spending time with his wife and daughter.
